Darrel Lewis was in such pain from sciatica that he was willing to try almost anything just to get rid of the pain. His daily bouts with pain was taking a toll on his life. He could no longer play with his son, no longer walk nor run, and no longer go on hikes.
Darrel did some research which led him to try minimally invasive surgery at Spine Institute Northwest under the care of Doctor Solomon Kamson. Recovering for a few weeks, Darrel's pain gradually disappeared to the point that he was once again able to enjoy all the outdoor activities he's missed since his pain got worse.
Of his overall experience at Spine Institute Northwest, Darrel had this to say, "Do not even think about it, just head on down!"
Jesus, a 49-year-old mechanic, was suffering through excruciating back back and numbness, which caused him to stop work and leave him unable to contribute to any housework. The burden of all of it fell to his wife, who had to step up since he was incapacitated.
With the pain he was feeling, Jesus, who naturally relied on his hands as a mechanic, needed to find lasting relief, if he had any hope of continuing his job. That relief finally came after a meeting with Doctor Kamson at the Spine Institute Northwest.
While Jesus was initiallyh reluctant to have any type of surgery, Dr. Kamon allayed any fears and doubts he had. After Jesus' successful procedure, he immediately felt better. Six months post operation, he does not regret his decision to have undergone his procedure and recommends Spine Institute Northwest to anyone suffering from the same pain.
Michael's back pain gradually crept up, literally and figuratively, in his back and in his life. The pain got worse and worse and Michael started slowing down, unable to work at full capacity nor keep up with his duties as a father at home.
The 60-year-olf Bothell, Washington native decided not to live with his pain any longer and sought help from Doctor Kamson at Spine Institute Northwest.
After undergoing a spinal fusion and a decompression, Michael's pain gradually went away. "I feel a lot better, it's great," Michael say's 7 weeks after his procedure. Michael remembers that while it was " a big relief" right after his surgery, it actually took a couple of weeks for all the pain to completely go away.
Of Doctor Kamson, Michael says, " He was pretty thorough about the procedure and it pretty much went by the book."
"I would recommend Dr. Kamson to anyone that needs back surgery."
For Eric Minier, a 57-year-old who loved the outdoors, constant back, hip and leg pain was keeping him from the things he loved most - hiking and walking. These daily activities, once taken for granted, now were an impossibility given the pain levels Eric was experiencing.
Fortunately, Eric got in touch with Dr. Kamson of the Spine Institute Northwest.
Doctor Kamson performed a microdiscectomy to address the pinched nerves on Eric's L4 vertebrae which was causing his pain.
Eric was quite astonished at the results saying, "The pain is 100% gone." Listen as he relates how he recovered in the video below:
